Instructions: Prior to using the hot pot, rinse the inside of the hot pot with warm water. Should any dirt remain, a small quantity of soap or mild detergent may be used. Rinse thoroughly with cold tap water. Use a soft piece of cloth if needed. Avoid immersing the hot pot in water. Dry after each wash. Follow these steps carefully after serving food in your hotpot to achieve maximum performance and durability. Do not leave any remains of your meals in the hotpots for an unusual long time, as the salt within the food can be corrosive. Regular and frequent cleaning schedules after each use is critical, to preserve the original form and shine of your product. Store in non-humid, room temperature environment.

Returns

The policy is for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within the 30 days period, we are not able to issue either a return or exchange.
